ANNUAL MIRACLE MILES FOR KIDS 10K WALK/RUN: Enjoy an annual 10K walk/run along the beach from Morro Rock to Cayucos Pier. Awards go to top male and female finishers. THE ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION’S INAUGURAL SAN LUIS OBISPO ARTHRITIS WALK will kick off on May 10 at Lake Park in Atascadero. Registration opens at 8:30am and walk festivities start at 9am. The distance of the walk is 5k (3.1 miles), with a 1-mile option. The Arthritis Foundation Health Expo, held from 9-11:30am in conjunction with the walk, will educate participants on all the latest resources and services available for arthritis.
